How a visit works

From the first call to the cleanup

Here's what we actually do on a quick repairs — from the first call to the cleanup — so there are no surprises and the same in-house crew that builds our custom homes shows up for the small stuff.

  1. 01

    Send us the list

You send a list — photos and a quick description — and we scope it from the office. No estimator on site for a leaky faucet; we price it and book the visit.

  2. 02

    On-site walkthrough & diagnosis

The crew walks the list with you, diagnoses the real cause behind the symptom, and confirms the scope before we touch anything.

  3. 03

    Permits pulled where needed

Most small repairs don't need a permit, but where plumbing or electrical does, we pull it — the work is legal and inspectable, not just patched over.

  4. 04

    Targeted demolition

We open up only what we have to — a tile, a section of drywall, a fixture — to get to the problem without turning a repair into a remodel.

  5. 05

    Repair & replace

We fix the leak, re-seat the tile, or swap the fixture — the actual repair, done by the same crew that builds our custom homes.

  6. 06

    MEPS touch-ups to code

Any plumbing or electrical we touch gets brought to code and inspected, not just reconnected.

  7. 07

    Drywall, paint & finish match

We patch the drywall, match the paint, and re-seal the tile so the repair disappears into the rest of the room.

  8. 08

    Test & cleanup

We test it, clean up the dust, and leave the space as we found it — minus the problem.
