Estimates, timelines and project descriptions on the website or given before a contract is signed are general information. Actual scope, schedule and price depend on your property, design choices, permits, inspections, material availability and other factors, and are set in your written contract.

Photos and renderings

Project photos show work we've completed or have under construction. Images labeled "Rendering" are design illustrations, not photographs of finished work. Your project's design, materials and finishes will be as specified in your contract and plans.

Lab Solutions Inc., doing business as Home Construction & Design holds California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) License #957315 (B – General Building). You can check the license status on the CSLB website (opens in a new tab). We are a general contractor, not a public insurance adjuster or an attorney; decisions about insurance coverage are made by your insurance company.
