Start to finish
Every phase, handled in-house
From the first design sit-down to the final walkthrough — here's what we actually do on a kitchen & bath remodels, so there are no surprises and no gaps between the people who plan it and the people who build it.
- 01
Sit-down planning with the designer & engineer
Every kitchen and bath remodel starts at a table — the work triangle, the cabinet layout, the plumbing moves — and we bring in the engineer only if a wall has to come out. We price the kitchen or bathroom remodel before a hammer swings.
- 02
On-site walkthroughs to measure
We measure the room for real — every wall, opening, and existing pipe — so the cabinets and counters fit the space you have, not a guess on a plan.
- 03
City permits & approvals
We pull the permits the kitchen or bath remodel needs — plumbing, electrical, and any structural — and handle the city so the renovation is legal and inspectable.
- 04
Demolition
We gut the kitchen or bathroom to the studs — old cabinets, tile, and fixtures out — and protect the rest of the house from the dust.
- 05
Framing & structural changes
If we're opening a wall for an open-concept kitchen or moving a window in the bath, we frame the new opening and reinforce what the engineer flagged so the house stays strong.
- 06
MEPS — plumbing, electrical & HVAC
We rough-in the new plumbing and electrical and any HVAC changes — sink drains, range power, bath circuits — all inspected before the walls close.
- 07
Insulation & drywall
We insulate the exterior walls we opened and hang and tape the drywall — the kitchen or bath goes from a frame back to real walls.
- 08
Tile, waterproofing & shower systems
In the bathroom we install the waterproofing membrane and the shower system before a single tile — the part that decides whether a bath remodel leaks in year one or year thirty.
- 09
Cabinetry & stone counters
We install the custom cabinets and template, cut, and set the stone counters — the bones of a kitchen or bath remodel that everything else hangs off.
- 10
Fixtures, lighting & finish hardware
Faucets, sinks, lighting, mirrors, and the last hardware — then paint and a final walkthrough so the kitchen or bathroom remodel is truly done.

Not sure what you want?
A few questions to get you started
Most people don't have a finished plan yet — that's normal. Think through these while you look at the pictures above, then tell us where you land.
01
What drives you crazy about the room today?
Not enough counter space, bad flow, no storage — start there.
02
How many people use it at once?
Cooking together, two sinks, morning routines — it shapes the layout.
03
Warm, bright, or dramatic?
Pick a mood and we'll finish toward it.
04
What's your budget range?
Even a wide range helps us pick finishes and layout to match it.
How it works
From idea to handed over
We plan it
We lay out the new room, pick finishes, and price it.
We build it
Demo, rough-in, cabinets, stone, tile, and fixtures.
We hand it over
A finished room that feels brand new and works hard.
